Quality Training and Consulting (QTC) was established by Bob Bruneau, in 1980, as a sole-owner business. It was the first consulting business in South Africa to provide consulting services in the fields of Quality and Reliability. In 1997 the business was registered in the name of Enteq Systems International cc. (ESI), under which it is still working, with Bob Bruneau as the Managing Member.
