About ESI
ESI was established in March 1997 as an organisation based on Quality Training and Consulting (QTC), Bob Bruneau’s 17 year old, sole-owner consulting practice.
Since 1980, as QTC and, later, ESI, the practice has accumulated a very significant amount of experience in the fields of Quality and Reliability Management and Technology.
